A Business Development Executive is responsible to support the management in developing, implement and build business development and marketing strategy in attracting new clients, researching other brands and market trends, building a brand’s reputation, liaising with clients and external agencies, even respond to calls and correspondence from client/potential client.

The person will be responsible to manage company’s social media platform, organizing conferences and other events, maintaining records and data, and supporting in disseminating information such as proposals, memos, instructional documents, and more.

Responsibilities

· To capture, promote and acquire new clients by working on strategic partnership.

· Managing complex business development/ sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the customer side and internally

· To monitor customers portfolio and cross selling business management solution to new and existing customers

· Managing sales and service standards at multiple key customer accounts to ensure compliances

· Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills

· Support in analyzing market trends and competitors, organizations, and individuals to find new opportunities.

· Liaise business deals with operations and its activities

· To lead the website and social media platform content update and other communication materials

· Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities

· Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline

· Provides overall administrative tasks i.e. meetings, preparing reports, briefings and correspondence including writing minutes from internal and external.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience as Business Development or similar role

· Experience managing tender and proposals

· Strong interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated by ability to work both independently and within a team, assess priorities, and manage a variety of activities with attention to detail.

· Strong writing and editing skills.

· Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one other language preferred.

· Excellent customer service and internal communication skills

· At least 2 years of business development experience

· At least 1 years of experience managing employees.

· 3-5 years of total work experience.

· Works well under pressure, well organized and rigorous.
