  • Provide support to staff to encourage team work and lead as an example in creating a harmonious environment.
  • Handle conflicts/complaints addressed to management.
  • Assist owners to resolve inter-floor leakages and comply with the issuance of required Form as per Strata Management Act.
  • Ensuring the availability of workers to perform maintenance of the properties.
  • Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
    • Computer literate and numerate.
    • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
    • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
    • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
