- Handle conflicts/complaints addressed to management.
- Assist owners to resolve inter-floor leakages and comply with the issuance of required Form as per Strata Management Act.
- Ensuring the availability of workers to perform maintenance of the properties.
- Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
