Basic Job Purpose

Internship student will assist the HR team in all aspects related to Human Resources function.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the HR team in all aspects related to Human Resources such including:

  • Execute recruitment including job placing, advertisement, resume screening, candidate shortlisting.
  • Prepare the documents according to employment kit/induction list.
  • Monitor employee’s attendance on regular basis.
  • Ensure various personnel records are up to date.
  • To issue medical chit to those require medical treatment, to monitor and update regularly medical 3.6 expenses and to highlight any abnormal high of medical expenses.
  • To conduct Induction Training for Non-Executive employee.
  • Filing of various HR correspondence.
  • Prepare canteen coupon early in the month.
  • To relief HR staff in his/her absence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, etc.
  • One post for immediate availability.
