QC TECHNICIAN

Reporting to the QAQC Supervisor & QAQC Manager. 1. Coordinate daily works with QAQC Manager, Operation Manager and other department’s head. 2. To work closely with all plant and department to achieve the corporate objectives. 3. Operate with higher degree of autonomy in accordance with established agreed policies or procedures. 4. Assisting in managing and administration of the concrete laboratory and its function including its team of cube man 5. Assisting in implement new system and improve the lab department 6. Manage of Documentation/forms/formats to ensure compliance at all times to the company Quality Manual. 7. Maintaining good relationship with customers and consultants. 8. As and when necessary to attend company in-house meeting. 9. Assisting in maintaining coordination between QAQC lab and the batching plant for daily delivery of ready-mixed concrete to ensure proper arrangement of QAQC personnel to site for concrete material sampling. 10. Assisting in monitoring the quality of incoming raw material to ensure meeting the specified quality requirement.
