Job Description:- 1. Ensure High level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. 2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. 3. Maintain fully stocked store. 4. Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability. 5. Recommend and display items that match customer needs. 6. Welcome and greet customers. 7. Manager point-of-sale processes. 8. Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments. 9. Keep up to date with product information. 10. Accurately describe product features and benefits. 11. Comply and adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures. 12. Arranging window displays. 13. Handling customer complaints or handover customers to the Management. 14. Promote store cards or special offers. 15. Co-operate with other staff as and when required. 16. Responsible for the security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifter and fraudulent credit card, etc. 17. Making phone calls to customers to follow up on customers' needs. 18. To perform any other tasks and duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
