JOB PURPOSE

To assist various Business Units/ Branches by establishing a high standard of customer relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure prompt handling of all quotation, submission to processing department on certificate issuance and endorsement, submission to Finance department on payments and reconciliation.
Responsible to ensure meeting the turnaround time (TA) in the daily routines to prevent unnecessary delays and backlogs.
Administratively, ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minute. Maintaining effective records and administration.

JOB REPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to ensure that the quotation process is within the TAT
Responsible for submission to processing department on certificate issuance and endorsement
Responsible for receiving and entertaining enquiries from business partners
Responsible to record documents and all related material
Responsible to attend and respond to Banca group email i.e. banca support email
To monitor payment contribution for both Non-Motor and Motor certificates
To follow up with the underwriters on quotations that require the necessary review and approval
Manage the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos & forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external parties
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintaining a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies & place appropriate orders
Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports
