Job Description

Pure Solutions is the official distributor of Purezza in Malaysia. Purezza is a premium and sustainable water filtration brand, dedicated in the F&B and Hospitality industry and present in more than 50 countries, and 22,000 venues globally. We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our team and drive growth in Malaysia.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships within the HoReCa segment locally. This role requires a strong understanding of the F&B environment, the high-end dining market and the luxury hotel segment in Malaysia. It will require the ability to present tailor-made proposals and pitches to clients, ensure thorough follow-ups and generate leads and deals.

Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research to identify and target restaurants, hotels, resorts, clubs and other potential clients for Purezza.

Utilize various outreach strategies to generate qualified leads within the target market.

Engage with decision-makers to understand their specific needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes, to tailor sales presentations, proposals, and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, becoming a trusted advisor in the industry and bringing continuous support and knowledge.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.

Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, create reports on sales performance, progress, and forecasts.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, market developments and be active in networking and relationship development.

Your Profile

You have Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field and you have at least 8 years of experience in B2B sales to customers in the F&B / Hospitality sector.

You have a proven track record of successful sales experience in the F&B industry, preferably in selling with restaurants and hotels.

You have strong knowledge of luxury hotels and high-end dining market segment in Malaysia.

You possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

You are highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and report to the team in place.

You are willing to travel as required to meet with hotel and restaurant clients or attend networking and industry events.
