Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative at Sigma School in Puchong. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for calling leads and setting up meetings, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to drive enrollment. Additionally, they will build and maintain relationships with prospective students, provide guidance on course selection, and support the admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through various channels (calls, emails, social media) to understand their needs and promote our programs.

• Provide detailed information about Sigma School’s offerings, including curriculum, benefits, and tuition refund guarantee.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students using our CRM system.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Sigma School’s unique value proposition.

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus and not necessary needed
