  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Manage part-time agent: task assignments, monitor KPIs and QA score.
  • Training and coaching of agents performance for quality improvement.
  • Scheduling and monitoring attendance for part-time agents.
  • Administrative work of managing timesheet tracking for part-time agents.
  • Execute urgent content takedowns and identify gaps that address content-related issues.
  • Elevate and escalate red flags to management from a duty-of-care perspective
  • Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs.
  • Assist team leader in other tasks assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, 1-2 year of experience in content moderation / trust & safety/ content quality assurance
  • Fluent command of the English language is a must, both verbal and written forms
  • Good understanding on online content moderation safety
  • Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with MS office software such as Excel, Word is a plus
  • Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively
