About the Role

As the lead person for Talent Management, you will be required to manage the overall talent management cycle - from talent identification, development and monitoring to ensure the organization continues to retain the best talent for the business’ current and future needs. The responsibility includes developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies and programs such as talent development and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the implementation of end-to-end talent management lifecycle.
  • To engage and coordinate with Heads of Division/Departments to identify key talents, identify strengths of individuals and developmental areas and plan for the process to support the talents to achieve business goals.
  • To conduct assessments on talents using established psychometric tools or assessment suites and advice management on suitability of talents to the roles.
  • To conduct learning needs assessments using established learning and development methodology.
  • To design and deliver learning interventions based on results of learning needs assessments as well individual development plans.
  • To implement end-to-end learning operational tasks.
  • To measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and produce insightful reports to inform decision-making.
  • To maintain database of talent profiles, achievement and progress, as well as facilitate talent review discussion as and when required.
  • To stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices on talent management and learning & development to ensure the company’s policies and practices remains relevant and aligned to business needs.

Preferred skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience working in talent management, learning and development.
  • Certification in any of the established psychometric tools or assessment suits and learning and development is an advantage.
  • Understanding of learning needs and competencies gap analysis, instructional design, development and implementation, assessment and evaluation of learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Ability to provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in the implementation of leadership and succession planning program is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resources functions with particular emphasis in talent management and learning & development.
  • A proven track record in talent management and the ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver timely results.
