  • Issuing Invoice and Delivery Order
  • Prepare statement and follow up payment from customer
  • Receiving goods and issuing Purchase Order
  • Prepare worker claims
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
  • Minimum education – SPM, STPM level. Diploma holder is an advantage
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel / Powerpoint / SQL software
  • Able to work independently
  • Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
  • KWSP & SOCSO included
  • Annual Leave & Medical Leave once confirmed
  • Training provided
  • Annual Bonus

    5 ½ days working

    • Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
    • Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) Alternate
