- Candidate must be able to handle general administrative work including correspondence documentation and emailing quotation
- Issuing Invoice and Delivery Order
- Prepare statement and follow up payment from customer
- Receiving goods and issuing Purchase Order
- Prepare worker claims
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
- Minimum education – SPM, STPM level. Diploma holder is an advantage
- At least 2 years working experience
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel / Powerpoint / SQL software
- Able to work independently
- Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
- KWSP & SOCSO included
- Annual Leave & Medical Leave once confirmed
- Training provided
- Annual Bonus
5 ½ days working
- Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
- Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) Alternate
