myBarber is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin cum Account Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role will provide support in administrative tasks, financial operations, office management, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting the team.

Job Responsibilities

Data Entry:

  • Supporting the sales team by entering client data and information into CRM software accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records of users and update databases as needed.
  • Perform regular data cleaning and verification to ensure accuracy.

Financial Support:

  • Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and assist with payment processing.
  • Help reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries.
  • Help with data collection and analysis for various administrative and financial
  • projects.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administration and data entry
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information as needed.

Compliance and Legal Support:

  • Assist in compliance efforts and maintain documentation for audits.
  • Support legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Finance Manager or Office Manager.

Sales Coordination:

  • Support the sales team in organizing meetings, appointments, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to support sales initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Data Analysis and Gathering:

  • Gather and analyze sales data and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and account status.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
