About the role
As an Admin at HOUSESIFU SDN. BHD., you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations in Setia Alam, Selangor. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to email inquiries
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the office
What we're looking for
- Degree in Business/Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
- At least working experience in the related fields.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other accountant such as SQL software
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
