We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about digital marketing and social media. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to build and manage relationships with influencers, develop creative campaigns, and help drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Engage Influencers:

  • Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms who align with client brand values and target audience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators & youtuber.

Campaign Development and Management:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers to ensure content is delivered on time and meets campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Content Creation and Curation:

  • Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on influencer activities, campaign performance, and ROI.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with client/partner to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable interest in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing or social media.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Tik Tok Insights or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
