KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Stampede Solution is the leading technology provider to the Accounts Receivable Management and Recovery industry in Malaysia. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility is to understand the unique needs of our clients, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing utilization of our software solutions. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, a technical understanding of our products, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. KEY ROLES Client Relationship Management: • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and users within client organizations. • Act as the main point of contact for clients in understanding their business objectives, and ensuring our software aligns with their needs. • Proactively identify and address client’s concerns or issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. • Serve as a liaison between clients and our technical support team, in ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional modules, features, and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs. • Gather client feedback on our software and services, providing insights to the internal teams for continuous improvement. • Advocate for clients' needs within the organization to drive product development and enhancements. Product Knowledge and Consultation: • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Account Receivables and Recovery Software, staying informed about product updates and new features. • Provide consultative guidance to clients on best practices, customization options, and how to maximize the benefits of our software. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. • Familiarity with the BFSI industry or related financial technology is a plus. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to non-technical stakeholders • Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
