JOB DESCRIPTION Assist on attending meetings and events such as conferences, exhibition, seminar and more as required by Senior Manager. Building a good rapport, professional connections and working closely with media, government agencies, tourism related bodies, corporate organizations, NGOs and other business associate at all levels. Liaise directly with government agencies and business associate; supervised by Senior Manager. Cultivated strategic and professional relationships with potential clients, enhancing business visibility and successfully generating new leads. Execute communication plan and provide status report to Senior Manager. Report the output and valuable insights from the meetings or events attended to Senior Manager. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing / Business / Mass Communication / Multimedia or any equivalent qualifications. At least 1 year of relevant working experience. REQUIRED SKILLS A passion for meeting people and building relationships. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with professionals. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards work. Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken. Fluency in third language is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision. Independent and self-motivated, creative thinking & trustworthy. Willing to travel in the Klang Valley & Putrajaya area
