The Maintenance and Electrical Executive is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and electrical activities across all terminals under FBG. This role involves supervising the maintenance & electrical team, planning and executing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting jobs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Executive must also respond promptly to emergencies and liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations. 1. Receive Direct Instructions: Receive direct instructions from Assistant Manager, Mechanical & Electrical or in absence of Assistant Manager, other top management. 2. In-Charge of Maintenance & Electrical Team: Oversee the activities of the maintenance and electrical team for all terminals under FBG 3. Supervision: Supervise and monitor tasks carried out by the Senior Supervisor and Supervisor. 4. Daily Briefing: Conduct daily morning briefings with the team. 5. Breakdown Repairs Planning: Plan daily breakdown repair jobs and ensure timely execution. 6. Daily Reporting: Report daily on breakdown activities to the HOD. 7. Record Maintenance and Compliance: Maintain all necessary records and ensure compliance with ISO, ISCC, and internal/external audit standards by keeping records updated and organized. 8. Review and Verification: Review and verify daily maintenance breakdown reports before submitting them to HOD for approval. 9. Safety Compliance: a) Assist HOD in ensuring that all appointed contractors and workmen comply with safety requirements. b) Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team. 10. Preventive Maintenance: a) Planning the Preventive Maintenance (“PPM”) Schedule for all machineries and equipment b) Ensure all preventive maintenance is executed according to plan. 11. Timely Breakdown Response: Ensure all reported breakdowns are attended to within required KPIs. 12. Meeting Attendance: Attend all meetings related to maintenance and electrical activities. 13. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment/machines/electrical devices/etc malfunctions and ensure effective resolution. 14. Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for all breakdowns. 15. Emergency Response: Be available to attend to all emergency calls or messages promptly. 16. Training: Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and safety regulations. 17. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the company.
