IT Executive

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of all systems. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.

Technical Support:

• Provide first-line support for technical issues, assisting staff with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
• Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user manuals.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, recommending improvements as necessary.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop IT solutions that support business objectives.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

User Training & Support:

• Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices.
• Maintain a user-friendly knowledge base for common IT issues and solutions.

Vendor Management:

• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to procure IT resources and services.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the IT infrastructure.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
• Suggest and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in IT support or management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
