We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and accurately

Jobscope

• Keep Our Records in Check: Enter and update financial records in our accounting system to keep everything up-to-date and accurate.
• Handle Payments: Manage accounts payable and receivable, making sure bills are paid on time and incoming payments are correctly processed.
• Day-to-Day Transactions: Verify, classify, and record all incoming payments and accounts receivables to keep our books balanced.
• Reconcile Accounts: Regularly check and update the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
• Solve Billing Issues: Work with clients to resolve any discrepancies and make sure all billing issues are sorted out quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Gather information from other teams to make sure our financial records are complete and accurate.
• Support Audits: Assist with audits by providing all the necessary documents and information.
• General Office Tasks: Help out with administrative duties like filing, handling correspondence, and keeping our office organized.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Must have at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U qualification. A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field is also acceptable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL accounting software is essential.
• Experience: Prior experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is crucial.
• Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn and adapt will be a significant advantage.
