Job Description:

  • Drive sales, account management and business development to meet annual profit goals.
  • Implement solution-selling strategies tailored to enterprise customers.
  • Understand customer procurement processes and buying cycles.
  • Cultivate long-term relationship with both new and existing customers.
  • Prepare accurate commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Lead tender strategies and participate in winning proposals and evaluates third-party solutions for competitive bids (RFPs, RFQs, tenders).
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and maintain detailed minutes of meeting with customers.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
  • Oversee sales team's performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Attend conference, meetings and industry events to expand professional network and promote the company.
  • Keep track of sales and provide necessary reports.
  • Any other ad hoc matters, as instructed by your direct supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements.

  • Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in ICT, Marketing, Management, GIS or related field.
  • Sales experience related to GIS based solutions to electric or telco utilities is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in ICT industry.
  • Effective time management and planning abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication.
