Job Description:
- Drive sales, account management and business development to meet annual profit goals.
- Implement solution-selling strategies tailored to enterprise customers.
- Understand customer procurement processes and buying cycles.
- Cultivate long-term relationship with both new and existing customers.
- Prepare accurate commercial proposals and quotations.
- Lead tender strategies and participate in winning proposals and evaluates third-party solutions for competitive bids (RFPs, RFQs, tenders).
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and maintain detailed minutes of meeting with customers.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
- Oversee sales team's performance and ensure targets are met.
- Attend conference, meetings and industry events to expand professional network and promote the company.
- Keep track of sales and provide necessary reports.
- Any other ad hoc matters, as instructed by your direct supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements.
- Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in ICT, Marketing, Management, GIS or related field.
- Sales experience related to GIS based solutions to electric or telco utilities is a plus.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in ICT industry.
- Effective time management and planning abilities.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication.
