Job Description

  • Drive regional branches service performance and service resolution to ensure quality, efficiency & timely service delivery across the region.
  • Lead and implement strategic transformation plans, be proactive and drive service improvement initiatives that increases HLAs brand and customer value in the each state / location.
  • Drive Customer Experience culture amongst branches through ongoing education, leading by example and regular customer engagement.
  • Responsible for talent and staff development. Create a subject matter experts in technical, digital and customer experience within each region.
  • Work closely with agency development team in each state, foster collaboration for strong brand presence and make improvements to elevate service experience for distribution channels and support new business development initiatives.
  • Ensure timely implementation of service recovery, retrospective study, corrective action and mitigation plans are in place.
  • Job Requirements:

    • Candidate possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business/ Finance/ Management/ Marketing or related field.
    • At least 10 years in customer experience or customer-facing roles in financial institute or branch operation.
    • At least 5 years in managerial role in the financial or service industry
    • Managerial qualities : Matured in thinking, customer centric, able to drive transformation & digital adoption, flexible & adaptive, self driven & self motivated, good interpersonal skills and strong business acumen.
    • Able to travel on branches visitation within the region
    • Has good spoken and written communication skills.
    • Able to converse in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (as the role requires to handle mandarin speaking customers and sales channels).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
