Sales And Marketing Executive

We are recruiting for a dedicated and skilled Sales and marketing people to join our dynamic team and contribute to our patient-focused approach at the following locations: -

• Northern Region (Penang & Kedah)
• Ipoh, Perak
• Selangor
• Wilayah Persekutuan KL
• Melaka
• Negeri Sembilan
• Johor (Skudai, Muar, Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities:

• Marketing:
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience and competitor landscape.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing).
  • Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos) to promote our products or services.
  • Manage and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Sales:
  • Generate leads through various prospecting techniques (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social selling).
  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Manage customer relationships and build rapport.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales methodologies.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Min SPM/Diploma
• E-commerce experience and good social media skills are an added advantage
