Job Description:

1. Junior Legal Assistant / Lawyer

Responsibilities:
• Able to deal with all conveyancing maters in real estate, loan, etc
• Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, developers, bankers, lawyers and various government bodies
• To monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files
• To ensure compliance with all relevant timelines, procedures, laws and regulations

2. Conveyancing Clerk

Responsibilities:
• To assist in all other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreement, CKHT, sub-sale, loan documentation, etc.
• Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties
• Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision and within timeline



Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Junior Legal Assistant / Lawyer

Requirements:
• Possess LLB / CLP
• With at least 2 years of working experience as practicing lawyer in conveyancing related matters especially in SME & Commercial
• Responsible, self-motivated and multitasking
• Able to work independently and as in a team with other clerks
• Good analytical and problems solving skills
• Good command of written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia

2. Conveyancing Clerk

Requirements:
• Possess SPM with at least 2 years of working experience in conveyancing related matters especially in SME & Commercial
• Basic computer literacy skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and as in a team with other clerks
• Willing to learn, follow instruction, responsible and proactive
