  • Responsible for receiving visitors, answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and delivering inquiries.

  • Handle various administrative procedures, such as filling out forms, copying and scanning documents, etc.
  • Assist on conducting purchasing activities.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Proficient in use of office software, such as MS Office etc.
  • Written well in Mandarin, English & Malay.
  • Attentive, patient and conscientious in approaching work, demonstrating responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, works well in a team, is eager to learn and proactive, and is willing to accept position adjustments as needed.
  • 熟悉MS OFFICE 等办公软件使用。
  • 具有优秀的英语、马来语和中文书写能力。
