Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Executive to join our team in the footwear industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with retail partners, driving sales growth, and executing effective strategies to enhance our brand presence in the wholesale market.

Objectives of Position:

  • To ensure that the wholesales meet its required sales target.
  • To work closely with account department on collection of payment.
  • To check on the performances of individual dealer (wholesale) on form of reviewing basis.
  • To market product to island wide in accordance to market segmentation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Involving in sales operation running, including daily sales order processing.
  • Preparation of incoming shipment order and arrangement of delivery.
  • Responsible for consolidating monthly cheque collection for wholesales.
  • Dealing and negotiating with dealer on product selling.
  • Direct liaise with client on terms and condition for wholesales requirement.
  • Handling of conflicts and complaint matters from dealer
  • Reviewing market situation for island-wide distribution.
  • Reporting of sales performance on individual dealers and individual product categories.
  • Work closely with merchandising and marketing department for product launching.
  • Ensure accuracy in collecting payment within terms of guideline.
  • Specialize in direct selling of performance product with delivery involvement.
  • Manage the pre-booking event on the seasonal buy independently.
  • Sorting & compile substantial order for pre-booking on seasonal buy.
  • Involving stocktaking and yearly warehouse sales.
  • Partially involve setting up an atrium, departmental store sales and product launching event.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Negotiating skills and good working knowledge in operation activities on wholesales area will be advantageous.
