  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Customer Service Executive | Mandarin Speaker

Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Salary: Basic Salary RM 2,800 + Joining Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, 2 years contract (Renewable)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8AM - 11PM (1 shift per day - 9 working hours including 1 hour break)

Benefits:

  • KPI allowance - up to RM300
  • Night shift - up to RM 250
  • Nearby Public Transport

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin
  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts.
  • Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

  • Verifying educational, employment, credit and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients.
  • Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify details and prepare reports.
  • Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries.
  • To exceed client’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
