Responsibilities

  • Assist and support Leasing Manager to attend leasing-related activities to secure and monitor occupancy of the company's properties.
  • Liaise with tenants/owner to review and negotiate lease transactions and tenancy agreements.
  • Responsible for renewing leases on a timely basis and manage all tenancy-related errands including letter of offer, tenancy agreement, management reports, and other related documentation
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders in order to retain existing tenants and attract prospects for occupancy growth
  • Responsible to prepare lease proposal to prospective tenant and conduct site visit to ensure courteous & efficient service are provided to our clients
  • Liaise with other departments on leasing related matters including rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operation and other ad-hoc matters that may arise from time to time
  • Assist manager in formulating and implementing leasing strategies and activities

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies / Real Estate Management or any related field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in retail leasing. Candidate with administration experience is encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate specializing in property/real estate or equivalent will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle difficult situations
  • Sound knowledge of retail market
  • Knowledge of strata will be an added advantage
  • Team player, meticulous and customer oriented with good management, organisational and interpersonal skills
