Responsibilities
- Organize and manage calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Screen and redirect phone calls and distribute various forms of correspondence
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Handle requests and inquiries in a suitable manner
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Organize & Coordinate events and conferences
- Run errands as requested
Requirements and Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing daily tasks
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Flexibility and adaptability
- High School degree as a minimum educational qualification
- Possession of a PA diploma or certification would be considered beneficial
