We are expanding our sales team currently looking for Sales Manager/ Sales Exec or Sales Designer to join us on our journey.

What will your role be?

  • Plan the sales strategy and lead the sales team achieve sales target set.
  • Manage, train and monitor sales team performance.
  • To carry out marketing and selling activities to promote the sales of company range of products and services.
  • To implement company sales policy and to achieve sales target set by the company.
  • Handle sales enquiries.
  • Discuss and propose professional advice on interior design, space planning, design conceptualization and material selection to prospective clients.
  • Approach customer to promote the interior design package in digital platform.
  • Manage and coordinate project progress from inception to completion.
  • Schedule workflow to meet customer move in date.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

  • Preferable 3 years' (Exec Level) and 5 years (Manager Level) experience in interior design/ interior design material sales.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and sales oriented.
  • Superb communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Candidate who able to read and write in Mandarin will be added advantage because this role required to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Must be able to travel outstation when needed and possess own transport.
