Executive II, Finance

1. Primarily responsible for handling full set of accounts and accounting system.2. Responsible for Fixed asset management, Inventory management, AP, AR and Treasury process for the company. The sections above will be supported by Internal Shared Service Center.3. Working together with Internal Shared Service Center on related accounting processes4. Responsible for month-end close, reporting and presentation.5. Responsible for yearly Audit and Tax Assessment.6. In-charge of Inventory Cycle Count.7. Perform Internal Control testing assigned.8. Main contact point to liaise with banks.9. Act as a business partner providing support to other departments, overseas counter part where necessary.10. Maintaining filling system, documentation and reports to facilities information storage and retrieval.11. To participate in company activities pertaining to training, employee activity, fire fighting, safety and health and others.12. To assist in driving continuous improvement projects and overall development of own department and plant in order to achieve department KPI and overall company objectives.13. Undertake any other duties or tasks directed by superior or management as and when required.
