Job Title: Human Resources Executive (Training & Development)

Reports to: HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive with a focus on Training & Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing employee training programs to enhance skills, performance, and career growth. You will collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and design programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in conducting effective training needs analysis on a yearly and ongoing basis to determine the organization’s development needs. Assessment can through surveys, interviews and performances of employee.

2.Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources, both online and in-person, that cater to the specific needs of various departments.

3.Customize training sessions to align with business objectives and promote employee growth. Track and evaluate employee progress post-training to ensure the effectiveness of the programs.

4.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars across different teams and departments.

5.Coordinate with external training providers and manage third-party training arrangements.

6.Maintain accurate training records and databases to produce relevant training reports as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or other related discipline.
  • Experience: One to two years of experience in learning and development (L&D). Fresh graduate with strong interest to learn will be considered too.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail oriented and well organized. Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and training sessions simultaneously.

    In February 2022, GFG embarked on a transformative endeavour by making an impactful entry into the hotel industry. We are currently managing more than 104 over hotels and 3 Resorts which skated in Selangor, KL, Penang, Malacca and Johor. Instead of just entering the hotel industry like most of the companies, GFG decided to do something different. We had introduced Swing & Pillows Co-living to the market. S&P Co-living is a modern form of communal living in which residents get a private bedroom in a furnished room with shared common areas. S&P Co-living is now popular in major cities as a means of affordable living for students, workers, digital nomads, or individuals relocating. GFG found that the advantages of staying in S&P Co-living are where tenants have an opportunity like living in a room, but it has the common spaces such as kitchen, laundry, leisure area share with others. It's great to meet up with people which can work together and learn from each other.
