To ensure smooth mass production with cost effective in order to meet customer satisfaction. To ensure the production daily, weekly and monthly target is achieved. Lead and monitor the new project for FA Team in order to smoothly production. To supervise the process and update the ISO documents in order to compliance to the ISO requirement. To Train Team Leader or Supervisor in new WI, Process and ISO requirement. To assist Superior on new projects, improvement projects and setting work standard for subordinate. Work on the improvement and modification of the production process in order to reduce the process cost. To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting activities/ process to reduce production related problems and delays. To plan and control the manpower and over time effectively. Ensure all the machine are well maintained and records daily, weekly and monthly maintenance. To support the production department in up keeping the department housekeeping, 5S and safety aspects. Monitor the high rejection items and to solve or reduce the rejection through cross functional meeting or 3rd parties meeting. Act as internal auditee/ auditor for the process and functional process. Preparing and submitting weekly / monthly KPI report and improvement activities report. As a representative person to arrange of all the annual leave, overtime and others allocation for his direct employee whenever the HOD is on leave. Any other duties assigned by superior.
