Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Corporate HR Manager in managing and updating employee welfare and benefits.
  • Work alongside the Corporate HR Manager to effectively implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Aid the Corporate HR Manager in overseeing HR compliance issues.
  • Oversee and track employee leave records.
  • Assist the Corporate HR Manager in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate quotes, details, and logistics for employee training sessions.
  • Help gather training attendance records and evaluation forms for staff.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including Group Insurance.
  • Ensure timely updates of employee changes with the insurance provider, including additions and removals.
  • Organize courier services.
  • Assist the Corporate HR Manager in managing office administrative matters.
  • Carry out any necessary ad-hoc tasks or prepare reports as requested by Management concerning HR-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any HR-related discipline, and/or Certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is preferable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
