As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of our online marketplace presence on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Your primary duties will include:

  • Review and improve the visual appeal, accuracy, and user experience of landing pages, product information, and checkout options to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor product stock across all marketplace platforms and update inventory SKUs to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Coordinate efficient order processing, delivery, and handle customer returns, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for customers.
  • Ensure the marketplace platform is regularly updated with the latest products, promotions, and pricing changes to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Develop and manage in-app advertising strategies on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Utilize sales-related data for analysis, prediction of future sales trends, and generate reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, promotion, and pricing strategies to achieve target objectives, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a marketplace environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of marketplace platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok is a plus.
