Finance Executive/Assistant

Key Responsibilities: -

• To prepare monthly financial report i.e reconcile bank statements, prepare and post monthly journals and timely facilitate the closing of monthly management report
• AP – administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records, check to ensure online bank account number of suppliers are set up accurately and all payments and property authorised.
• AR – generate sales invoices, issue official receipt to customer who have made payment, assist with pursuing overdue debtors, compute percentage of completion for construction projects and recognize project revenue and margins according to accounting standards.
• Fixed Assets – prepare monthly schedule of fixed assets, monitor fixed assets Value, pass journal when disposal/purchase of fixed assets.
• Expenses Claim – ensure employee claims are properly authorised.
• Cash Management – maintain bank balance information, maintain petty cash records, maintain cash book data entry.
• Others – responsible for statutory audits, liaise with auditor and tax agents, preparation of annual reports and etc…

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

• Working experience with property developer will be an added advantage.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Initiative, proactive and positive work attitude.
