BIM Expert

We are a joint venture of international and local consultant companies working in the Construction Industry.

We are currently managing an infrastructure national public project in Indonesia. Our scope is consulting services for handling basic engineering design and tender assistance including construction supervision of the project.

We are looking for BIM modeler with criteria:

• Bachelor Degree in related to Railway Project, Civil, utility, building support major, recognize BIM operations, equivalent to Power Expert Main& Registration Certificate / minimum with 2 portfolio project cycles.
• An overall professional experience in the construction industry of 15 years as a minimum.
• Having experience in Railway Project of 6 years minimum.

Job Description :

Fully responsible to coordinate and evaluate the BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files and models, as well as but not limited to:

• Provide technical lead, capability and BIM support for all CP201-205 technical designs;
• Ensuring CAD/BIM Standards and procedures are adhered to Contractors;
• Managing and preparation of 3D models and subsequent drawing output production, Model management & collaboration, clash detection;
• Produce and maintain a high level and consistent accuracy & quality of models and drawings with self-check & review work;
• Lead the delivery of BIM modelling output on projects;
• Ensure all project data is correctly established and maintained in accordance with company standards and project requirements;
• Review BIM model content, maintain consistencies of the work, manage the information in a systematic management process; and
• Coordinate with Project support manager to give suggestions and inputs for direct check, evaluate, approve and supervise the Contractor works related to BIM work
