  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Finance / Accounting and equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge in SAP FICO and BI Module will be an added advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Overall in charge of month-end closing process for the costing department by running from cost Allocation cycles to release future prices.
  • Prepare average price report by product and by vendor to management view.
  • Prepare SST report for custom declaration purposes for both inventory & sales by products.
  • Monitoring FOC transaction overall branches and charge out FOC approved by management from HQ.
  • Verify & monitor material consumption & wastage by the production department and escalate if any abnormalities
  • Prepared Weekly sales report by products & by branches
  • Overall in charge for stock count audit (bi-week, quarterly & yearly)
