Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with experience in payroll.
  • Familiar with HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, independent, meticulous analytical and pro-active.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll system.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handle full HR spectrum such as recruitment, engagement, training, payroll, statutory requirement, attendance, leave, overtime calculation and claims.
  • Manage and facilitate recruitment, on boarding and performance management.
  • Monitor and maintain remuneration packages of the employees.
  • Monitor & update HR record such as employee personal file, organizational chart and employee handbook.
  • Liaise with government statutory bodies such as PERKESO, EPF, LHDN, Labor office and HRD Corp as and when required.
  • Issuance of all HR related documentations: offer letter, job promotion, increment, warning letter, etc.
  • Administer Group Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance including claims processes from beginning till the end.
