Qualifications & experience:

  • Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service job preferably in cutting tools (cutting & grinding).
  • Having experience in wholesale or distribution markets for abrasive tools would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and should be willing to take responsibilities. Flexible and adaptable to changing duties and environment
  • Fast learner and passion for sales. Exhibits strong follow-up capabilities, guaranteeing timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin language – both written and spoken
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizen. Posses Own Transport and able to travel outstation.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the products or services offered.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  • Timely preparation of various reports as well as in other operation and documentation matters
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development activities.
