Ensure dealer and customer's enquiries are attended in a timely manner and provide accurate information at all times.
Ensure to manage dealer’s request promptly and to achieve zero complaint rate from dealer.
To provide support services to Marketing Officers and branches on all kind of enquiries.
To ensure submission is well managed with zero tolerance breach.
To manage and ensure no outstanding unprocessed cover notes exceeding 2 months
Ensure quotations are prepared within timeline.
To issue secure home cover note for direct account.
To filter risk acceptance based on assigned USO authority.
To work within the turnaround time and ensure the timelines are met.
To perform all activities within the guidelines of regulators and internal service level agreements and standards, procedures and processes.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
