Responsibilities
- Ensure dealer and customer's enquiries are attended in a timely manner and provide accurate information at all times.
- Ensure to manage dealer’s request promptly and to achieve zero complaint rate from dealer.
- To provide support services to Marketing Officers and branches on all kind of enquiries.
- To ensure submission is well managed with zero tolerance breach.
- To manage and ensure no outstanding unprocessed cover notes exceeding 2 months
- Ensure quotations are prepared within timeline.
- To issue secure home cover note for direct account.
- To filter risk acceptance based on assigned USO authority.
- To work within the turnaround time and ensure the timelines are met.
- To perform all activities within the guidelines of regulators and internal service level agreements and standards, procedures and processes.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
