Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, lead lists, and referrals.
  • Effectively present and promote City-Link Express services to prospective clients over the phone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and maintain communication with potential leads to convert them into sales.

  • Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in the logistics, courier, or e-commerce industry.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and articulate value propositions effectively.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficient in using sales software, and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
