Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Handle and process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Perform stock counts, update inventory records, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, document processing, and maintaining company records.
- Liaison: Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and other business partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation related to company policies, shipping, and invoicing.
- Data Entry: Input data accurately into the company's system and ensure information is up to date.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
