Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handle and process online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
  • Inventory Management: Perform stock counts, update inventory records, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, document processing, and maintaining company records.
  • Liaison: Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and other business partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation related to company policies, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Data Entry: Input data accurately into the company's system and ensure information is up to date.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
