Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience in industrial wastewater or leachate treatment sales (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong track record of generating sales leads and closing deals, particularly in the industrial wastewater and leachate sectors.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across Southeast Asia or Asia to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in other sales activities.
  • Well-established professional network in relevant industries across the region.
  • Ability to leverage contacts to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Proven experience in managing sales pipelines and converting inquiries into contracts.
  • Knowledge of and experience with digital sales platforms and tools (LinkedIn, email marketing, video campaign etc.).
  • Ability to execute digital marketing campaigns to promote treatment technology.
  • Willingness to develop new strategies for entering markets, generating leads, and creating a strong sales presence in new territories.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial wastewater and leachate treatment industries.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to secure projects.
  • Develop proposals and close contracts to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for generating inquiries through both traditional and digital marketing methods.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to increase exposure and attract new clients.
  • Cover the Southeast Asian region and broader Asia to generate business, build relationships, and manage client accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits, and follow up with prospects in person, over the phone, and via digital communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns to promote treatment technology and other solutions.
  • Execute campaigns and monitor their success, refining strategies where necessary to maximize impact.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
