  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced VP of Business Development to lead our business development and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, preferably with experience in the fashion, textile or manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability

- Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities

- Lead the creation and execution of short-term and long-term strategic plans

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align organizational goals with market realities

- Oversee the integration of our tech ecosystem with our production processes for maximum efficiency

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives

- Identify potential partnerships, acquisitions, or expansion opportunities

- Guide cross-functional teams in executing strategic projects

- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior management

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field

- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or business development roles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Experience in the textile, manufacturing, or tech industry is preferred

- Proven track record of successful strategy implementation

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary Range: RM 8,500 - RM 10,000 per month
