Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Develop and execute a robust brand strategy to establish and enhance the company's online and offline presence
  • Enhance company brand positioning across B2B2C, industrial distribution,B2C consumer segments and enhance customer engagement
  • Expand brand awareness for the Company and its sub-brands to drive footfall and generate leads
  • Manage all marketing assets, including visuals, digital content and promotional materials, ensuring efficient internal organization, tracking and accessibility

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing content marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, event marketing and offline marketing to enhance brand awareness, product marketing, drive engagement and leads generation
  • Integrate online and offline channels (020) to elevate customer experience, boost leads generation, increase sales and enhance efficiency on user-experience
  • Develop and manage compelling content for various channels, including social media, e-commerce platforms, digital content, videos, websites, promotional materials and sales kits, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Drive lead generation efforts through targeted digital campaigns, SEO, SE strategies and strategic partnerships, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize market efforts, track KPIs and achieve marketing objectives

Leadership & Other Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and mentor team members to embrace a growth mindset, thereby enhancing brand awareness, acquiring customers and expanding market presence

Job Requirement:-

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
  • Ability to work autonomously on assigned projects while effectively collaborating with various teams. This involves balancing self-direction with group cooperation to ensure efficient tasks completion and positive contribution to team dynamics Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and strong analytical skills : Possesses strong end-to-end thinking with robust project management skill
