Job Responsibilities
- Implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Support the production team with administrative tasks and reports.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure merchandise at competitive prices and terms.
- Oversee the shipment and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to design and bring to market products that align with consumer trends and brand identity.
- Work with related teams in planning and executing product displays and promotional activities to maximize sales.
- Monitor product performance and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception through to clearance, ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandise production and/or purchasing.
- Previous experience in the ACG industry or product-related positions will be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess initiative and strong work ethics.
- Passionate about IP characters and manga and has a strong understanding of trends within the Anime, Comics and Games industry.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin.
- Possess knowledge of e-commerce behaviour, trends and strategy.
