Job Responsibilities

  • Implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Support the production team with administrative tasks and reports.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure merchandise at competitive prices and terms.
  • Oversee the shipment and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to design and bring to market products that align with consumer trends and brand identity.
  • Work with related teams in planning and executing product displays and promotional activities to maximize sales.
  • Monitor product performance and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception through to clearance, ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandise production and/or purchasing.
  • Previous experience in the ACG industry or product-related positions will be a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess initiative and strong work ethics.
  • Passionate about IP characters and manga and has a strong understanding of trends within the Anime, Comics and Games industry.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin.
  • Possess knowledge of e-commerce behaviour, trends and strategy.
