Medical Sales Representative - Medical devices

Coverage area: Southern region

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet individual sales targets for the radiology business, focusing on profitable and sustainable growth.
• Develop and implement an account territory plan (ATP) to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, including referral physicians and other stakeholders.
• Create and refine customer segmentation by utilizing a stakeholder mapping matrix to enhance the value proposition within the accounts plan.
• Log sales calls and provide outcome updates using the RAD CRM platform.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling, while effectively competing in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regional expertise in APAC, forming a customer squad to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Offer product expertise and comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Address customer complaints and issues quickly and professionally.
• Manage tender processes and oversee pre-sales and post-sales activities, which include product presentations, demonstrations, operational training for customers, and sharing scientific publications on contrast media.
• Strategically plan all scientific and marketing initiatives (local or regional) within the assigned territory, as well as participation in congresses.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the radiology sector.
• Ensure regular updates on training and compliance requirements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Radiography.
• 3-4 years of experience in account management, or 2-3 years in radiography or pharmacy.
• Familiarity with medical devices (preferably in cardiovascular modalities), as well as pharmaceutical and healthcare IT solutions within the radiology ecosystem, is a plus.
