Digital Sales Executive

Position Overview:

As a Digital Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our business success by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and securing deals. You will be responsible for the sales process, ensuring that clients receive top-tier service and that all documentation is accurately completed.

Education backgrounds (min):

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business or relevant

Language:

English, Malay & Mandarin (to communicate with mandarin speaking clients)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct final negotiations and secure signed agreements, ensuring the successful closure of deals.
• Meet with clients in person, over the phone, or via video conference to discuss proposals, answer questions, and address any concerns.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions, including contracts, agreements, pitch project and client records.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the system.
• Provide regular reports to the sales management team on deal status, forecasts, and any potential challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, retail, or other customer-facing roles.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of work-related experience with demonstrated success in closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of the company’s products or services, sales goals, and customer base.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to project confidence and professionalism.
