The Role
Reporting to the General Manager. You will manage the digital marketing, creative, branding of our company as follows:
- Follow social media trends closely (TikTok, FB, IG) and develop content plans.
- Create graphics using Canva.
- Shoot & edit videos (phone based).
- Track and report on content performance & analytics.
- Develop content plan according to marketing strategy to meet brand & marketing KPI
- Keep abreast of competitors and industry news and insights to ensure we are at the forefront.
About you
- Some previous marketing experience either as an intern or in an existing Assistant role.
- Social Media awareness or experience.
- Creative with evidence of graphic design skills.
- Enjoy writing copy.
- Ability to produce reports using provided data.
- Appetite for measuring results, tracking impact, proving effectiveness, and working with data.
- Good time management, organization, and planning skills.
- Strong English language skills with the ability to write and proofread copy for news, web content, and creative projects. Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Being reliable and adaptable to a broad range of marketing responsibilities.
- Being approachable and comfortable communicating with people across the business and in different teams and locations.
- To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to show initiative.
