*Job Responsibilities:*

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our background check services, processes, and results.
  • Process background check requests and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified. ️
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions to the team.

*Job Qualifications:*

  • High school (SPM level); diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply as Paid Training is provided!
  • Strong communication skills, verbal in Mandarin and Cantonese skills. ️️
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
