*Job Responsibilities:*
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our background check services, processes, and results.
- Process background check requests and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified. ️
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions to the team.
*Job Qualifications:*
- High school (SPM level); diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply as Paid Training is provided!
- Strong communication skills, verbal in Mandarin and Cantonese skills. ️️
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
